Holland as your Gateway to Europe
We want to promote Holland as a Gateway to Europe for American companies that want to explore opportunities in Europe. We can help companies that have a great product, but are unsure about the market approach, fiscal / logistical challenges and how to be successful across the pond. We can provide you with a “one-stop-shop” that takes care of all your concerns about taking the “big” step in to Europe.
So why visit us?
Our personal and direct contacts within this unique collaboration of three companies can provide full guidance about a possible move in to Europe. Our “one-stop-shop” means there is no need for expensive consultants and accountants, avoiding high start-up costs. Seabourne’s combined expertise with Argents for transport from the US to Europe and Maco Customs Service as your European customs and tax partner will ensure your smooth business entry in to Europe.

One year after our 50th anniversary with the new logos for our divisions, new website, redesigned transport fleet and new “social media” strategy we will share something new with you.
As from today, we will keep you informed of the latest logistic news and trends with an extra channel. The traditional news page of the Seabourne page will keep in business and will be added with the new Seabourne Linkedin page. Discover our extra news channel which is designed on the Seabourne LinkedIn page.
Follow our Seabourne LinkedIn page and save time to search for industry information. Read interesting blogs and industry related articles. If you’ve questions you can connect with people within the Group.
Due to the new LinkedIn page we are able to serve you better and faster with sending all your shipments. If you don’t have a LinkedIn profile (yet) then watch our traditional Seabourne news page.
Where we used to drive our Volkswagen Caddies 15 year ago, we now drive these big guys. Seabourne Group Eindhoven extended its vehicle fleet with two brand-new Mercedes-Benz 316 CDI Sprinter vans and next week two more will be delivered in Nieuw Vennep. These vans will be used for domestic and international shipments as part of our Express and Supply Chain services.
Due to an ever-increasing client base with more shipments, an extension of our current vehicle fleet was required. We have chosen for two excellent vans in terms of space, comfort and look to increase our reliability even more. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the car for goods transport by road: safety for both our drivers and the goods carried is paramount.
The length of the floor space for these vans is 4.3 metres with a loading height of 1.9 metres. They enable the Seabourne Group to load and ship larger shipments even faster.
Magic body control
The cars have the latest gadgets, such as the Intelligent Drive system. Have you seen the Mercedes add with the chickens?
[chicken add] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nLwML2PagbY
This add explains the Intelligent Drive system beautifully. The chickens keep their heads stable, no matter how you move their bodies. The Mercedes Intelligent Drive system (or ADAPTIVE ESP) ensures road stability and more comfort for the driver. By means of the ADAPTIVE ESP sensors, the side wind assistant recognizes strong gusts of wind and automatically brakes to keep the driver on the road. All our cars are standard equipped with winter tyres, which may come in handy with the snow that is predicted for next week. We also do everything we can to reduce fuel consumption. Unlike the cars we have had before, these vans have a 7-speed transmission, the 7G TRONIC.
10 years of collaboration celebrated
The 10-year anniversary of our collaboration with Biemond & van Wijk in Aalsmeer has resulted in them also supplying these buses.
Our new vans can easily be recognized by the Express and Supply Chain division logos.
